Deposit Policy

To ensure the efficiency of our live stream shopping experience and to minimize fake orders, we have implemented the following deposit policy:

For New Customers

A deposit of $20 USD is required to open a shopping cart and start selecting products. Once your first order is successfully placed and paid for, you will become a regular customer.

For Returning Customers (Regular Customers)

Regular customers enjoy a "Select Now, Pay Later" privilege. Your shopping cart can be held for one week, during which you can continue adding products from our live streams at any time.

Exceptions for Customers with Late Payment History

Customers who have previously failed to settle their balance within the one-week holding period will no longer be eligible for the "Select Now, Pay Later" privilege. Instead, such customers must place orders based on a fixed spending amount, selecting products that match the total value of their intended order. The standard deposit requirement will apply.

Payment Terms

· All products added to your cart within the one-week period must be settled within that same week.

· The final balance payment is calculated as the total price of all products in the cart minus the deposit you paid for.

· If the balance is not paid in full by the end of the one-week holding period, the deposit will not be refunded and will be retained as a service fee for the week.

Cancellation Policy

If a customer cancels an order or removes items from their cart resulting in a total selected product value exceeding half of the order value , the deposit will not be refunded and the pick privilege will be excluded for that customer, which means for next time order the deposit will be needed
